Shakeology Review: My concerns with Shakeology are the following:
- Price – The biggest issue with Shakeology is the price. At $4 per serving, it is not cheap. If you are not committed to your health, don't bother!
- Flavors – Shakeology should come in vanilla.
- Convenience – It would nice if I could buy Shakeology at the grocery store or Costco (but that is why they have the auto ship option).
- Ingredient – The jury is still out on Stevia. Stevia has been used for 400 years in South America, but the there are not a lot of clinical research on this substance.
- Thyroid interactions – There is some concerns out there about taking Shakeology with thyroid medication. If you have a thyroid disorder, I would consult with your doctor before consuming Shakeology.

Shakeology Review: First, BeachBody® is a world-class company. I have completed both P90X and Insanity, and I loved both of them. I’m glad that they have created a meal replacement shake to complement their workout programs. I believe that for optimal health, the combination of exercise and nutrition are critical.
Second, the nutritional value provided is Shakeology is really impressive. Before Shakeology I would drink a whey protein shake, eat a multivitamin, and drink a glass of super greens. I was thrilled to get rid of this three-step process.
